Office Administrator, Marketing & Accounting Specialist- Vaccum specialist
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Customer Service
Respond promptly to phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide professional customer support.
Process sales receipts and invoices using Lightspeed.
Handle warranty claims and efficiently manage the company’s Google Calendar.
Marketing & Digital Presence
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
Create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to enhance brand visibility.
Update and maintain website product descriptions and other content for accuracy and appeal.
Accounting & Financial Tasks
Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
Support the preparation of financial reports and budgeting.

⏰ 8-hour day shifts
