Job Title: HR Administrator

Job Summary
Urban Life Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating onboarding/onboarding, and assisting with HR compliance and reporting. This role is essential in ensuring the HR department runs efficiently and delivers excellent service to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities
 Maintain and update employee records
 Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates
 Assist with onboarding processes such as preparing new hire paperwork, conducting
orientations, and setting up employee profiles
 Coordinate the onboarding activities
 Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, letters, and reports
 Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
 Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
 Help organize company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications
 Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, as the office is not
accessible by public transport.
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
 Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
 Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
 Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization
 Understanding of basic labor laws and HR compliance issues
