Customer Success Manager, Barber-OS Technologies

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a vital link between our clients and internal teams. In this role, you'll ensure our clients are well supported at every stage in their journey, while collaborating closely with sales, product, and development teams to drive client satisfaction and success.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey—from onboarding new clients to long-term client support.
- Assist the sales team in onboarding new clients to our pay solutions and hardware/software setup.
- Provide responsive and thorough technical support via email, phone, live chat, and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding clients through resolutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Take thorough notes to effectively communicate complex issues with our product and development teams to escalate and resolve technical issues outside your area of expertise.
- Maintain and update our client knowledge base with FAQs, troubleshooting guides and tutorials for common inquiries and new releases/features.
- Create engaging how-to content, tutorials, and product walkthroughs to support client self-service.
- Be available on-call outside of standard business hours to respond to time-sensitive client inquiries as needed.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role for a technology company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to meet different client needs.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and articulate software and hardware products.
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving ability in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Ability to work well independently under little supervision and also as part of a team.
- Fluency in French and/or Arabic is considered an asset
