Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Account Manager/Client Success Manager to join our team. If you’re enthusiastic about helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving sales and building relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, expertly explaining our products' features and benefits to help clients choose the products that are most beneficial for their business.
- Communicate effectively with clients through a variety of outlets including: over the phone, via live chat, in support tickets and by email.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams and maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Utilize our CRM software to track customer interactions, update information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Always act with empathy and patience, keeping the best interest of the client in mind.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and usage to clients.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to stay up to date on products and new features, improve user experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Enhance client knowledge through consultative selling, promoting our products, and informing them about current promotions.
- Accurately and efficiently handle order entry and processing.
- Manage outbound and inbound sales calls to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist clients with product inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for sales growth.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new computer systems quickly.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with high-priority accounts and clients.
- A strong desire to acquire extensive product knowledge and apply it to drive sales.
- Experience in order entry and sales calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in the French Language would be beneficial, but is not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
