Responsibility:
Administrative and Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and provide professional customer support.
- Process sales receipts and invoices using Lightspeed.
- Handle warranty claims and efficiently manage the company’s Google Calendar.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Marketing & Digital Presence
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to enhance brand visibility.
- Update and maintain website product descriptions and other content for accuracy and appeal.
Accountant Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile transactions and ensure financial accuracy.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and budgeting.

📍 Monday through Saturday availability
